
ingredient :
CARAMEL
caster sugar 1 cup
FLAN
whole egg 5 nos
full cream milk 500ml
condensed milk 1 can
evaporated milk 1 can
vanilla essence 1 tsp
orange zest 1 nos
salt pinch
CARAMEL = medium heat until melt and brown then pour in baking pan
FLAN = all mix blend then pour top of caramel
steam bake 180'c around 1 hour until not stick knife
chill it above 4 hour
